| The Microsoft® Gold Certified Partner Program for Hosting and Application ServicesTM has been created to provide Application Serivce Providers, who through the process of ASP certification, have demonstrated a consistent, high quality delivery of specific hosted or outsourcing services built on Microsoft technology. The program will help end users as well as other critical players in the ASP Value Chain (like Independent Software Vendors (ISV), other Microsoft Certified Partners, System Integrators or resellers) identify Application Service Providers that meet a high level of service readiness, competency, and capacity for deploying Microsoft technology. |
Overview of relationship with Equant | Equant was one of the first companies to complete a Service Provider Licensing Agreement with Microsoft, and is a Microsoft® Gold Certified Partner for Hosting and Application Services. This agreement allows us to provide Microsoft applications on a hosted basis with Equant Managed Messaging for Microsoft ExchangeTM being the first standard service to be offered.

| Equant also uses Microsoft Windows 2000® to provide the fully managed Equant Web Hosting services. Other Microsoft applications are available on a custom basis. These applications are also available in many language formats to cater to different national requirements. |
