> Standard Service Management
- For businesses with a stable telecommunications environment and sufficient in-house staff to manage their infrastructure
- Includes WebVision for online access to standard monthly service reports and important Equant news; open, close and manage trouble tickets online with the Equant Global Customer Service Center
> Extended Service Management
- For businesses with dynamic networks that need day-to-day service management and frequent interaction with Equant
- Gives you a proactive Customer Service Manager -- a single point of contact -- who prepares service reports, confers with you monthly on operational performance and manages all changes and requests
- Also features: SLAs with penalties for the underlying service, an extended suite of applications on WebVision and a monthly allowance of router configuration and service parameter changes for the subscribed Equant services
- Complements Equant Extended Fault Management
